Why no public prices?
Every store has a different shape — processed volume, payment mix, regions, integrations. Publishing a single number would either over-charge small stores or under-serve large ones. We'd rather scope it with you in a call.
Is there a free trial?
We don't run a public self-serve trial. We offer a paid pilot you can cancel within 30 days, with onboarding support included.
How do you charge — transaction fee, monthly fee, or both?
We combine a low monthly platform fee with a small percentage of processed volume. The exact mix depends on your shape — talk to us and we'll show the numbers.
Do you support multiple stores under one contract?
Yes. Growth and Custom tiers let you run multiple storefronts against a single backbone with shared catalogue and customer data, or fully isolated tenants — your call.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Pilots run month-to-month. Annual contracts unlock better unit economics; we'll quote both so you can compare.
What does onboarding look like?
Two-week structured onboarding: catalogue import, theme of checkout, sandbox testing, then a controlled cutover. A named engineer from our side stays paired with your team through go-live.
