4. Online dispute resolution
The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (formerly available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) was discontinued in 2025 following Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. Consumer complaints relating to Persevo are handled via the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (КЗП) referenced above, and through the competent courts of Bulgaria.
Persevo is a business-to-business service. Where the customer is a business, the dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms of Service apply.
