Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how WIARA DAAS Ltd.(“Persevo”) uses cookies and similar technologies on persevo.app and related sites. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device on subsequent requests, remember preferences and measure how the site is used. We also use related technologies such as local storage and pixels; for simplicity, this Policy refers to all of them as “cookies”.
A cookie can be a first-party cookie set by us, or a third-party cookie set by a service we embed. It can be a session cookie that is deleted when you close your browser, or a persistent cookie that remains for a set period.
2. How we use cookies
We group cookies into three categories.
2.1 Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the website and dashboard to function. They remember your consent choices, keep you logged in, and protect form submissions from abuse. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through our cookie banner; if you block them at the browser level, parts of the site will not work as expected.
2.2 Analytics
Analytics cookies help us measure how visitors discover and use the site in aggregate. We use them to understand which pages are useful, which links are clicked, and where to invest in improvements. Where possible we configure them to minimise identifiers (for example, IP truncation). Analytics cookies are loaded only after you give consent through the banner.
2.3 Marketing
Marketing cookies allow us and our advertising partners to measure how marketing campaigns are performing — for example, how many visitors who saw an ad went on to request a demo. They are loaded only after you give consent through the banner.
3. Specific cookies in use
The list below describes the cookies most likely to be set when you visit our site. The active cookie set may evolve as we improve the product; the cookie banner will always reflect the current state.
| Name | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| persevo:consent:v1 | Stores the cookie-consent choices you made in the banner. | Strictly necessary | 12 months |
| persevo_session | Maintains a logged-in dashboard session and protects against cross-site request forgery. | Strictly necessary | Session |
| persevo_csrf | Stores a CSRF token for form submissions. | Strictly necessary | Session |
| _ga | Distinguishes anonymous visitors for aggregate website-traffic analytics. | Analytics | 24 months |
| _ga_* | Persists analytics session state for the property. | Analytics | 24 months |
| persevo:utm | Remembers the campaign that brought you to the site so we can measure marketing effectiveness in aggregate. | Marketing | 90 days |
| _fbp | Used by our advertising partner to measure the performance of paid campaigns. | Marketing | 90 days |
| li_* | Set by an advertising partner if you click a sponsored placement, to attribute the visit. | Marketing | 180 days |
This list is illustrative. The cookie banner exposes the current, precise set of categories and vendors and the controls to opt in or out. Where the list and the banner differ, the banner is authoritative.
4. Managing your preferences
You can review and update your cookie preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page, which reopens the consent banner. Changes apply going forward; cookies already stored are not retroactively erased by the banner, but you can clear them through your browser.
We do not respond to the “Do Not Track” browser signal, which has no agreed standard, but Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are honoured for jurisdictions where they have legal effect.
5. Browser-level controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies via their settings menu. See your browser’s documentation for instructions. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.
6. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by service providers that help us with analytics, marketing attribution, customer support or video hosting. These providers act under contract and may also process the data they receive for their own purposes, as described in their own policies. We describe these providers by category in our Data Processing Addendum.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. If our use of cookies changes materially, we will surface the change in the cookie banner.
8. Contact
